I browsed the internet on my cellphone before and the data connection didn't end. I ended up with a 3000 min call on my bill! But they saw I made calls during that time so I ended up with a free month somehow.

I knew there was a reason I wasn't ready to act on it yet. Lightbulb click. When I communicate with them, I'll mention this forum. This isn't just one PO'd customer. That approach worked with a different vendor, I received an instant refund and apologee. They sucked it up where as previously I was getting no where.
