I'm almost certain that he meant the speed limiter, but this brings up another point. 3,000 rpm at 110 mph?? What RPM does it turn at 70 mph? Must be an awfully tall top gear, given the 4.56 axle ratios, to only turn 3,000 rpm at 110, no?
