When i brought it in for overheating the first time the tech said i was the 6th one that week because it was hot out. 87 wtf Then they made me wait for a thermostat because they were out. Maybe theres certain lots of parts gm just ****ed up on when they were manufactured.

And no its not abused. I've been to paragon once! And i've been on the beach a few times until it over heats! its only 7 months old. I have an xterra with 140,000 miles been in the shop once for an alternator. And a 95 wrangler that i beat the crap out of. And i cant kill the thing. But my $36,000 HUMMER cant drive me home sometimes.

Look up the lemon Law in your state and if applicable go forward...
