Can't wait. We have some of the worst air quality in the nation. Hopefully they'll pass the no-diesel-idle rule soon too, which would allow diesels to idle only 15mins/hour, or something like that...
If they wanted to be real asses about it, it would/could be computer controlled since this is aimed at commercial and OHV vehicles anyway.

It would log it and fine the owners or something like that. Or more simply they would hire idle patrollers. Who would drive around and find trucks idling and sit there with a camera and then arrest them after 15 minutes.

Some things just aren't thought through very logically and are "feel good" measures at best.
