Heres a little review I wrote for another site Im on. Its more like a comparison to my Canyon.

I work for a GM supplier and had to help transport 2 H3s

Started it up and it sounded exactly the same outside, its so much quieter on the inside though.
Went to disengage the parking brake and mistakenly pull the hood release - DOH! (get out, close hood, get back in)
Slid out the clutch , (yeah, it was the manual), and off I went for my 30 mile journey.

Damn I wish I had that interior - everything from the leather to sound with a sub. The base of the windows are so high though, I mean they almost start at my shoulders. Therefore, the blind spot applies to a small car anywhere around it basically - lol

Performance was a little dissapointing. Even though it was the manual, I couldnt compare it well enough to my auto, but it could be how its quieter - I dont know. It felt slower than mine. You'd think a manual with that type of gearing would feel quicker. Maybe those 33s and AWD really hurt it. I know some crazy gearing was in there because it was turning 2000 at 55 and 2500 at 70 in 5th!

Looking around it, that thing could probably easily fit 35s - there is so much space. Look out though, we'll probably see blinging 28s on these things It has a front aluminum skid plate, and a small rectangular one attachted to one frame cross member to protect the transfer case. No protection for the tranny. The 33" tires (Bridgestone Dueler A/TRH-S) designed by GM and Bridgestone look awesome - we need to get these. The position of the rear lisence plate looks so last minute with that single tow hook on the other side.

Id really like to see what the 4:1 4 low is like, but I dont want to touch something that might no be working properly yet. Lol, I could probably drop the clutch iat idle - lol

We'll thats all I could remember, we'll have em for the week so any questions I can probably check it out.
