Sorry, but anything the club gives is just gravy. It's not their fault, they can't screen for cooks with spitting disorders.
Why go after the club for something you don't deserve from them? It would be a different story if they tried to avoid the whole situation to begin with and didn't provide video, etc.
Just damn, do something about the punk but don't go after someone who had nothing to do with it.
