No, Rancho is not the only lift. There's also Tuff Country that makes a 4" lift and a handful of companies that make leveling kits. Most people run the Bilstein leveling shocks from Trail Duty along with the extended bumpstops. You dont need a leveling kit to level the H3, just crank the stock torsion bars.
