Thanks for the compliments! Phil did a good job of summing up the ride and life characteristics. I have to say though, that the noise level is pretty bad, especially if you're not used to running some sort of mud tire on the street.
VT, I'll try to take another pic showing how much the tires stick out, which is roughly three inches when measured at top-dead-center of the fender flare, and roughly 5" past the bottom rear edge of the fender flares. Yes, a damp road trashes the truck. Time for extended flares. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Thanks everyone!
LOL @ H2Co - yeah, my khaki shorts do make it look like I'm pants-less, not to mention a tub-o-lard as well.
KenP, yeah, 37x13.5x18.
3Racing, my truck came w/o roof bars, but yeah, not enough clearance. As it is now, I have about 1.5" of clearance in my garage at work, so the roof bars I got from the dealer (free, after the sale) will probably be sold soon.
Jerry, soon we'll go. I have to get the torsion bars cranked up to prevent rubbing, and I'll be ready. I'm going to get that done when I get my Fabtech front end kit installed next week. This weekend is booked solid anyway, and I have two new puppies (like having a newborn baby in the house. LOL!

I'm sorry, but isn't that going to look kind of funny with the front end raised?
can you post a pic after you get everything settled?

Pete (or anyone else) - What's the backspacing on your wheels? Or what wheels are they and I'll figure it out from there. Thanks. Truck looks great!

my 37's never hit the balancing machine and are perfect down the road 70,80,90mph whatever.

No prob, rod.
If you are really worried about road noise, and find definitive proof that the Toyos are less noisy, stay away from the Mud Grapplers. I grew up with mud tires, so it doesn't bother me too much, but they are damn noisy.
As for the rubbing, whereas I originally thought that the front tires weren't rubbing that badly when at full steering lock left or right, they actually wore a hole through the fender well on one side within about 2 weeks. I cranked the torsion bars all the way up, which has made the truck sit just about perfectly level, and has elimated the rubbing. The new tires, coupled with the torsion bar adjustment, causes the front end to be a bit "bouncy" over dips and bumps in the pavement...nothing real bad, but just not the original amazingly smooth ride it once had.
Hope that helps!
-Pete

Yes, the outer edge of the right front tire when turning right. I guess I make more right turns than left, since the left side did not wear through (before lifting the front) but still rubbed quite hard.
I don't think there's a wheel made with enough offset to keep 37's on a 22x11 wheel from rubbing without lifting the truck. Just my opinion, I may be wrong. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Yeah I'm starting to accept the fact that I'll be going with 22x10's. I love the look of 20x11's on the 325/60's I've seen as I love the way the tire sticks out from the fender giving it a wider stance. However, I wanted to go with a slightly bigger tire like the 37's. But I'm thinking even with a custom rim no matter the offset it's going to rub either on the inside fender from the outer tire or on the stabilizer bar from the inner part of the tire.
Do you know how the Fabtech steering kit helps with clearance?
