Ok, finally got my H2 back from the dealer after a new GM Nav Radio programming nightmare. But, it works, mostly.

I am puzzled on how to activate the XM1 and XM2 bands. I have the interface, XM Radio and 12 cd changer intalled.

As I understand it, I am to be able to control XM through XM1 and the CD Changer through XM2...but, I press band and alls I get is FM1, FM2 and AM. I am using the P.I.E. GM12 interface with the Pioneer XM radio and changer, all IP bussed together.

I checked and power is everywhere.

Any ideas? Does the dealer need to program XM1 and XM2 choices?

Thanks in advance. When this project is done, I promise pictures.

I am going to answer myself. I finally got it to work. The problem is that the PIE GM12 needs to be booted with the radio. Just a simple battery disconnect for a couple of minutes and, when reconnected, the radio found FM1, FM2, XM1 (XM Radio), XM2 (12 disc CD Changer) and AM.

Everything good to go.

Hope someone finds this useful.
