We had some pretty heavy and consistent rains here in Las Vegas overnight. I opened my H2 this morning and found a steady drip coming from my left map light button onto my console. I got hold of my service tech at the local dealer and he said he had 2 in today for the same thing. It appears that the seal for the middle roof marker light had failed. Just wonderinf if anyone has heard of this one. I got to the office and promptly found the nearest dry-erase marker and added an "O" to the H2 emblem.

Pretty big rain indeed!

Leaking marker lights aren't unusual. Towbin will fix it or you might tackle it yourself with some black RTV silicone.

Bunch of threads here.

Pretty dry humor for such a wet guy. Funny, too.

I'm going to roll over to Towbin tomorrow and get the oil changed and have them knock the leak out as well. PS - I never could figure out how to send a Private Message. Any ideas....?

Click the "Go" button at the top of the page. Then My Space > Private Messaging. Follow the bouncing ball from there and you're in busines!

You may want to check all of the seal around your marker lights, they have been some problems with them leaking.

I just replace the 3 middle lights and I had to reseal around the marker lights.

Mine did the exact same thing. The center marker light seal had a split in it. New seal and they siliconed them all. No leaks since.

The water in mine ran down between the 2 center vents and right into the DVD slot. Hosed the touch screen for a few days until it dried out. Works fine.
