This is my H2 with Moss black half bra. Sometimes I go out with full "support" and sometimes I just go out "braless"...depends on the mood.

Nice truck! Great color too!

Watch out for a buffy/scratchy line at the top of the bra. When I was working at the body shop we were buffing hood all the time to take that out.

Thank you Vtstomper and thanks for that heads up on the top of the bra I'll keep a close eye on that area.

Hi Fubar, Moss makes the full bra as well. Its the same as whats on mine now with the exception that its extends down to the bumper. I personally saw no difference in paying more for one since the bumper is factory black anyways.

Thanks,
I agree covering the bumper is of no importance.

I'm looking for something that covers the entire fiberglass hood.

Magnetic shields will protect the rest of the sides of the truck but unless the bra covers the entire hood there's little reason to have it. I know a brush guard is supposed deflect some brush but actually all it does it push it off the front long enough to slap into the side once the bumper clears the brush.

I'll keep looking. Thanks.

Nice truck but personally I think the bra's gotta go! Takes away the beauty and symetry of the front end IMO but to each his own.

Fubar -- Colgan makes one and it does cover the entire hood. When I get home I'll send the vendor info and show you the one I have.

I got the vendor info from Dan if you want to try him sooner.

Rod,
thanks there's no rush it can wait until you get back from Paradise.

Towbin still has my truck and no word about when I might get it back.

On your December run I may be a ride-a-long assuming someone has room. I'm not going to have time to order the shields and bra and I'm not going to as long as I'm not in possession of my truck.

Hey Rod,
Go check this thing out while you're over there.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Hummer-H2-H-2-HUMMER-H2-...dZ1#ebayphotohosting

You can give us a full report. And no I'm not interested in that thing but having you go check it out will get you up off your butt and off out of the sand for a little while

I saw that in another thread. It's pretty typical of the H2s I've seen -- lots of bling and very clean. I'm sure someone off-roads their truck here but I haven't seen 'em.

It's raining today so we're headed to the other side of the island to find the sun. I'll take the camera and be on the lookout.

I had a bra on my previous car. Hated it. After a year with it on, I had to leave it....you don't realize all that crap that gets tuck under there and eats away at your paint....nice looking rig btw...

Bras do well in dry areas like Plam springs, but moisture+bras=disaster
