Hey everyone I just got a call from the deal about redoing the deal with my sut. I traded in my 03 for this 05 sut and it sounds like they are trying to redo the deal. I told them so the sign contract means nothing, he said no. I am going down there today to hash things out. what should I do and say. Any help will do. this is a lease

If all fails, proceed back to Plan B.

I agree with Dennis. IF we would all get together & voice enough with Hummer along with documentation it just might do some good. I disagree with not owning/buying a Hummer. I just stick it up their ass and buy elsewhere & then make them do the warranty work (although the only thing I've had is the CD player). Hey Dennis..just checked out the MOAB video...looks like a blast. Luv the Gold Bond add-in!

You could call your new station, tell them your story and see if they will run it on TV.

it doesn't end!!!!!!! its like pulling teeth to get my money back!!!! aka my down payment.

I told the director of accounting where is my money, he said " your drove our car for a few days put 1100 miles on it and you want your money back right away" Yes I do with interest.

Now I don;t feel like having a hummer anymore.
They are the only shop in town for service. I am going to write a letter to HUMMER.

Here's my old/ new ride. how could I get rid of her.

Also, known as the "Yo-Yo". Lots of people email us about this scam. You trade in your old car, and the "LieNance" manager says you got a good APR, hands you the keys, and you drive home. Two weeks and 500 miles later, they call you saying "Sorry, you didn't qualify for the interest rate we signed you up for". This is where "subject to financing" clauses on contracts bite you in the butt. Everyone thinks that you sign papers and drive off and the deal is done. But it's far from done. They knew what you qualified for before you signed, unless you lied about your income. Otherwise they'd never let you drive off with the car.

WOW that was me

Also, do you still have your copy of the contract? If so, look at the back of the phone book, see the lawyer listed there? Call them and tell them the dealership tried to force you out of the lease because you are black/asian/hispanic/jewish/short/tall/fat/skinny....whatever.....or at least call the dealership and tell them this will be your next course of action if you don't get a check TOMORROW! Don't sell the H2, make them rue the day they ever sold it to you in the first place I think it will probably be developing a LOT of warranty issues that will require a lot of loaners....nice loaners.

S

S...you don't know these people. 5 years ago I was physically escorted out of their dealership and I never raised my voice. They fear nothing but the law. Threats mean nothing to them. "Customers" are just fish to them to be hooked and taken. With our huge number of people moving in/out they get away with it...except me!

Albie-

You write sentences like old people ****. (Not very well)

Slow down and try to compose something that is at least marginally intelligible.

Quote from Billy Madison, "At no point during your rambling, incoherent response did you even come close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. I award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul."

Glad you got your 03 back. I think that’s what happened?
