I think it's the angle of the picture. Take a look at the second side-on shot, and it looks pretty damn level, if not a bit higher in the rear.

The reason I ask is because there is nothing on this site for the Hummer and nothing listed as a lift height of 9 inches. There is a 6 inch lift for the Yukon and 1500 series Sierra but nothing for the H2.
