I remember reading the post that set off this tiff, and I can see that it was all a misunderstanding. Drtyfn was making light of his Canadian friends, which they don't seem to mind, but you took it personally. Maybe cause after all this time you still don't recognize his brand of humor and kidding around. When you erroneously attacked him, he had to defend himself.
I suggest you re-read the thread and you will realize who Drtyfn was referring to. Then you can take it from there, and we can all live happily everafter.

It appears our little Hobbit has spent a little too much time with the ring (his precious) and now that DRTY has it he wants it back. Unfortunately, rather than having some class about it he has chosen to act like schmeigal and lose his mind about the whole issue.
