Just out of curiousity what is black billet? Is it billet that has been powdercoated or anodized?

Unless it has some design, wouldn't it just be cheaper to powdercoat the stock stuff?
Just a thought...

Re: H2 Black billet hood grille with billet handles
The stock stuff is plastic, and you can't powdercoat plastic.

Thanks,
Mark
