Why not just torque the bars up? It says so right on the frame you need to adjust them with time up to 4in. Please school me if I'm wrong.

I found that when I torqued up the bars using Truxx keys that the ride got bad...speed bumps were awlful. The Cognito kit with the new upper control arms put the ride right back to the stock feel.
