Hi all,
Just purchased an 06 SUT. I have a few quality issues i'm dealing with (Tonneau cover didn't fit securely and had to be replaced after 3 attempts at adjusting, and sunroof visor buzzez like a nest of angry killer bee's at 70 mph+).

I purchased a chrome fuel door on ebay and it's loose on the hinges and the locking mechanism is junk. I was looking at the Moss catalog and they have an SUT logo'd fuel door that looks good. Does anyone have one and if so is it good quality?
Your input is much appreciate...and a pre-emptive thanks to many of you, the feedback provided on this board is significantly responsible for my purchase....but I do miss my Ford Lightning

Be careful Canadians linger in here & I wouldn't want to see a newbie get spanked!

Hey Dennis, Is that you driving? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

That rates up there with "Yo Mama"

Oh I'm so hurt.

I too am new here. So ya'll can start spanking. 04 H2 38K miles been in for warranty at least 6 times. 97 Ford Club Wagon 184K miles no problems except for one I caused to happen. I prefer the H2 in all respects but the Ford has been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. To out and out claim that all Fords suck reeks of closed minded ignorance. I got my diaper on. Spank Away.

Hey man - welcome to the board.

I also have a locking fuel door from the dealer and it's solid.

The tonneau cover was finally replaced and works great now.

The visor problem is not the first my dealership is dealing with. They have used silicone to secure it and the problem still continues. They are going to replace it and see if the problem is solved.

I don't care for the design of the GM fuel door and wanted something that looked a little less dramatic...the ebay selection was a bad one.

As for the Ford...it ran in the low 12's...not what I would consider slow and was flawles in reliability for 100k miles...one of my neighbors has an 02 Z06 and I would spank him on a regular basis..
I did enjoy the video though...must be a Canadian driver in the Lightning, they are known for their loose rearends..
