Dang thing just died. Looks like a sealed unit, no bulb to change.

yup, LED. If you're handy with a soldering iron you could always replace the LED's on the board. Would be cheaper than finding a replacement light.

Good idea. What's the best way to get in there? Where can I get a LED? Is the white or yellow?

Yeah replace the LED if you can. I replaced both of mine to the tune of $80.00+ $ EACH!!
