H3 Hummer-
Which Thule rack is that? I was looking at those the other day and was thinking about one. I'm trying to find one I can mount without having to buy the crossbows.

SocalH3, quick question for you, it there any problem with the sunroof anf the rack? Does it completely open ect.? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
I would also be curious about any additional wind noise. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
There is no problem at all with the opening of the sunroof. However I have noticed a substantial increase in wind noise. The builder wants to try lamps and a wind deflector on the front. I'll post pics and comments then.

I installed a wilderness rack. I do like it. It does have some wind noise when you get over 60mph. Is there a fix for the wind noise yet?

Re: Roof Baskets
I want to take a look at Off Road Unlimited's Defender roof rack
It is 4 feet x 5 feet x 34 inches tall and can mount to the stock cross bars.
All welded and powder coated.

Timgco,
how much is the gobi stealth rack? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
$1499.00 plus shipping is retail.
Things to verify when ordering are:
Sunroof?
Marker lights or off road lights?
Stealth? Low profile? or Full size? A tire mounted on the full size will be an option down the road. Also, the rear ladder will be available in the next month.

I like the custom rack, builder did a nice job on it. Loadwarrior is too small for the H3, I have one from my xterra and it looked wrong on top,They also make Yakima mighty mounts that adapt to both so you can use stock crossmembers to attach it too. megawarrior would be a better fitment but I would have to agree with H3Hummer that the Thule MOAB fit well and is proportional with the h3. I think I will probably go that way with mine, I also have a Thule travel box so I can interchange them quickly. Nice pictures all
