That was an awsome trip after all. I guess I missed the drama with JT, but was happy that you guys met the ultra cool toyo guys to lead us on Sat.
Total carnage report for my truck:
Broken rear sway bar link, flattened valve stem, broken tire bead, two dents on rear driver side door (matches paragons almost perfectly) And dent caused by 6x6 gravel truck.
I drove back towing 7500 LBS perfectly and am very happy with how the h2's and h3's did.
Boss Hoss, unless I missed something, you had no damage?? Impressive.....Maybee I'll add some bling so I will have the same results!

Three words....BLING BLING BISHES!!!
Alan i think you are right...no major damage but i still have yet to take my skins off--few scrapes on my rims but no big deal.
It was great meeting everyone and we want to thank everyone for their hospitality. We highly enjoyed both the company and the wheeling.
Here is my summary of the trip:
FRIDAY--didnt really know the park that well, tackled trail 4. Nice and relaxing but nothing tough. It was nice just being out in the mountains with the beautiful scenary and fantastic weather.
SATURDAY--sucked--the biggest cleanup day of the year. 150 trucks signed up just for the cleanup not to mention our trucks and many others that thought they were going to wheel on the 8 trails. Too many trucks, not enough trail.
SUNDAY--rocked! Great trail ride, some good compromising obstacles and lots of fun. Wheeled from aroun noonish till 8or9 that night--awesome day of wheeling.
FUTURE ADVICE-get a good day of wheeling in on Friday as there werent that many trucks on the trails then. Spend Saturday spectating at the lower 2 and wheel all day Sunday. That trip would be freaking awesome.

Wanted to add, ill post some of my pics later on when i have a bit more time.
Also, cp you hit the nail on the head on pirate to the guy who says we where holding them up. He was probably one of the kids following us up and down the mountain watching with his willy in his hand.

Nah, not me the truck. I was in a situation several time where it felt squirly. When i say squirly i mean SOME body damage may happen. I never felt like my truck would have any problem with any obstacle...it just felt so easy. Id like to know about the Hummer deal you were talking about--not the Happening but rather the private land leased to Hummer.

It was weird. Ken and I thought we were back in CO. Seeing things like propane tanks painted like watermelons, the different local townsfolk and of course we came across this:

Hi There.....
I hope that you all had a good time while you were at Tellico. Iam the guy in the red Off Camber shirt running around directing traffic on the hill. Sorry about the delays on the trail. Its normally not that bad. You did happen to come on the 2nd buisiest day of the year. Just to let you that Dixie Run is the most popular and that will happen in September. You might want to look at www.sfwda.org for more information like trail maps and events that are going to be large in that area.
Just wanted to thank Ken and Paragon for stopping by our forum and having a chat. We get a kick out of everyone wheeling those beasts. I thought it was great to see you all out there. If you need someone to show you around more trails in the south east let me or our club know and I will make arangments to show you all around.
For the newbies out on the first attempt at wheeling don't let what you saw on the trails stop you from coming back. We hope that we can get our club and a few of you with us to take you to the trails and show you around.
Thanks
Matt Luckie

This is why we chose to wheel at Tellico, their very liberal policies.

Thanks Matt. Glad you stopped by here. Hang around here and check things out. Our dysfunctional little forum can be quite fun sometimes.
Thanks again for your help out on the trail.

Newbie hanging a front wheel up in the air about 2 feet. Can't really tell from the picture, must have been the photog's fault.
