Delayed Wiper Startup when Using Washer

Same here! Late build 06 and same issues. Outside temp not a factor. Does it in the winter and summer. Dealer looked at me like I was crazy when I told them. Weird thing is it will not do it every time.

I'm going to take a little movie with my digital camera for the dealer But I haven't noticed it in the spring.
