It seems to be a good deal. They will not fit on 08 or later H2s as the frame rails were widened.

I have not had a chance to install the winch bumper yet, but will say that the MM winch is not even half of the quality of a Warn. Every single piece on a Warn winch is better than on these MM winches I received.
