Co-pilot, you have awesome taste in movies. However, the category was WAR Movies, and you listed two Southeast Asian Conflict Movies.
To those who listed High Noon, Holy Grail, Slingblade, and Dr. Strangelove - they are ALL definitely among the best of all time!
Something About Mary? LMFAO!
Princess Bride? Incontheevabol that I forgot that! Whoops...I don't think that word means what I think it means.......LMFAOx2!!!
SPIKE - It Takes a Thief and Charade??? Rare to find a Cary Grant fan these days. Once Connery goes, that kind of screen presence and charm will be gone forever.....
I also love ANY movie with Cameron Diaz. I'd watch her read the phonebook. Used to feel that way about Charlize Theron. After Monster, I'm afraid of her.

Actually there are several other Cary
Grant movies I liked, Operation Petticoat, Kiss them for Me, North by Northwest and Houseboat.
During the early 60's, no one was cooler than Connery and Grant. Both of them exuded class and looks. And Grant had one other gift, unbeleivable comic timing!
As far as I am concerned the James Bond series ended when Sean Connery left.

North by Northwest is CLASSIC!!!! When Hitchcock and Grant teamed up, the result was always classic.

Another biggie. I haven't seen it (really!) but a guy I know here in Vegas was (I kid you not) a stunt dick in the movie.
