The ghost is an old tried and true play. You're railing her from behind, you pull out, sput on her back as a fake, and blow one in her eyes when she turns around, and poof like a ghost you're gone.

The reverse ghost is a truely dirty play when you're going at it from behind her, you pull out, blow one on her back, then when she turns around, you spit in her face, and poof like a ghost you're gone.
