What last few comments?? I have a filter on stupid people, maybe I can't see the comments you speak of.

By the way... Does anyone here know how to equip DRL (daytime running lights) to an 97-2000 H1? I am trying to see what might be involved so I don't get surprized when I try to import it into Canada.

Thanks
Shawn

Thanks, I have taken a peak at that one but was looking for a kit from AMG that does it. Apparently the H1's sold in Canada are the exact same as the US model exept for that kit and a french language sticker somewhere (researching that too).

Thanks again.
Shawn

Depending on your model year, these part numbers should do what you need them to do.

It's an AMG Datytime Running Light kit. It consists of the following:

06002919 - Jumper, DRL Canada only
MS 00027144-2 Connector, qty 1
MS 00027142-3 Connector, qty 1
06002626 - Harness, DRL Canada only
06002769 - Connector, qty 1
06002767 - Connector, qty 2
Ring Terminal
06002829 - Connector, qty 3

Ironically, my service manual doesn't show how to attach it to the wiring harness. Sorry!
