He already made the payment...wtf are you talking about? Your auction lied about the quality of goods, paypal agreed and refunded him the money. So what are you still complaining about?
Let me guess...if he doesn't send whatever payment by 12:01pm tomorrow, you will.....extend that to 9:47pm the next day, then 11:32am the next tuesday, then 9:08am three weeks from now, then you will go ead.
chargebacks/disputes are part of business, even more so if you are a jackass. accept it.

You broke the agreement, by not delievering the goods as described. Action was taken against you by via a PayPal dispute. You failed to respond, PayPal found the dispute to be valid and returned the funds. You lost the dispute, you get no monies, is this a hard concept to understand? No restitution has to be made to your dumb ass.
Btw - are all those toy cars and $15 diamond rings gifts for your badass homies?

I for one, am intrigued enough by the argument to ask this: howz about some pictures Tim? On the ebay auction, they looked new, but who's to say, eh? My reason for interest in this is simple; I use ebay all the time and hate like hell when things go bad on there. Hotpainter, how about Tim send 'em back? Would that solve the problem? You could resell them then. No harm, no foul. I've taken stuff back before, it's no big deal.
