Yeah, we asked if he brought that so he could climb out the sunroof and paddle away if he got stuck

You definitely got in some mud there
I have the OEM rocker rails but would love to check out your Rocky Road.

Re: HIGH water
Guys, that wasn't my first post, and yes, I do NOW own a H2. My H3 was totalled with only 3,000 miles on it after 6 weeks. I won't go into details again (see my previous H3 posts), but the water came in very fast.
If you are blasting through the water, I would say no problem. But do not get stuck. There is nothing worse than killing a beautiful truck like the H3. The only reason why I bought a H2 is the interior size. With a baby and a 12 year, it just wasn't big enough.
I did like the mileage a lot better, tho. 10-11 mpg is hard to get used to.
I miss my '06 Victory Red H3, adventure package.
Take care and be careful. The truck you kill may be your own.

Re: HIGH water
From your first post....
"Hi, I am new to this forum. I am an owner of a 06 victory red adventure series. As a fossil hunter who uses the off road capabilities of the H3, I have been pleasantly surprise by the H3's performance off-road. I previously drove a Tahoe with every upgrade known to man kind knick named "The Beast" but got tired of 9 miles per gallon and bought the H3.
Currently, however, my H3 is in the shop and will be for quite some time. Seems the H3 is NOT AT ALL water-tight, and with the lousy stock tires on it, I managed to get in a little mud, and it slid sideways into a farm pond. 1 inch of water on the left side, 30 inches of water on the right, and an interior full of water."
FROM THE NEXT POSTING YOU DID:
"I was NEXT to the farm pond and slid sideways. It was newly dug and steep sided. Ergo the 1" of water on the left and 30" on the right.
The passenger seat was half-way under water (as well as the right side of the back seat) and I'm being told that the seat will only have to be cleaned, not replaced."
Still say, if the passenger seat was half-way under water, you were deeper than 30".
All I'm trying to say is you are not the best qualified to state not to go over 20 inches of water. Your first posting was nothing but a blast against Hummer/Onstar and the H3.
Oh, and I have basically idled through over 24 inches of water this weekend. Could not barrel through due to other traffic.
