Yes, it includes the winch. I received an email from them the other day and they still have lots of them left, but since I missed out on the last auction - please let's not bid against each other (I'm trying to win this one). Thanks Bro

It seems to be a good deal. They will not fit on 08 or later H2s as the frame rails were widened.

I have not had a chance to install the winch bumper yet, but will say that the MM winch is not even half of the quality of a Warn. Every single piece on a Warn winch is better than on these MM winches I received.
