Actually, we should be the ones flipping them off. SUV drivers are shouldering an overwhelming majority of the financial burden for maintaining our roads & highways through gas taxes. Those trendy little hybrid cat boxes are free-loading on our dime. Legislators are contemplating new revenue streams to make up the $$ differences.[/quote]

Couldn't agree with you more. Had a run in with the guy just a few minutes ago. Funny stuff. We have a small self-service pay at the pump station on base right behind my office and I park underneath the over-hang next to the pump. Well Mr. Butt-hole Prius Birdie Boy was filling up his matchbox car and decided to start a battle of the minds. He played the "I am helping the environment card." So I played the "It is still an internal combustion engine card." Also, I added that if he was really worried about the environment he would be riding a bicycle to work instead of a gas burning vehicle. Also the guy was Air Force and I being a Jarhead had to get the last dig in so I told him that if he can convince the Air Force to get rid of all their planes and other gas burning environmental safe vehicles that I would sell my Hummer but until that point stay the f*ck away from me or I will check out the car crushing capabilities of my truck starting with him and his Prius. Last thing I heard him say was "UUHHHUHUHH, I am still helping the environment." Jackass....

You know, in the week so far that I have had my H2 I havent really had anything but good looks and such, but maybe a question or 2 like "Wow, you must spend a lot on gas". Im use to NY where everyone has an H2, and its no big deal to see them everywhere. Here in Colorado I feel kinda famous driving around.

Funny thing happened to me at Bw3 the other day. BW3's seems to only hire the hotest girls.

As Im walking out...

Blonde Chick: "Hey is that your hummer out there?"

Me: "Why...are you planing on stealing it! I knew it...you look like that kind of girl!"

Blonde Chick: "<laughing> Seriously!"

Me: "Yea, its mine..."

Blonde Chick : "So cool! Ive never rode in one, how is it?"

Me: "Its pretty cool. How about you give me your # and ill call u later and take u out and maybe we can do a little off-roading".

Blonde Chick: "Yea, definatly! My # is......"

End conversation.....

So....so far so good. the blonde was hot....damit I should have called her. Never was it that easy in my F350.

Did they come out with an H3 already? Ah crap, I hadn't noticed...just thought those were Jheap Liberties's with H2 grills!

Opps, my bad. I'd better stop running 'em off the road.

For a while I liked going upto other H2's and yelling "Gas hog!" just for the shock value. Amazing how many people didn't realize we were driving the same truck and got upset for a minute or two.

Remember this...there is NO better way to upset someone then to simply point at them with your finger and hysterically laugh: it eats at their insecurity and will infuriate them every time!!!

I recently had a run-in with a tree-huger about my h3. I used the h2 to shut him up, and it was funny.

At the gas station filling up, and a young guy, like 20 was filling up his civic...

him: why do you feel the need to drive THAT and pollute my earth?

me: because it's the loaner they gave me while my h2 is getting fixed.

him: oh.

then i laughed at him a little.
