tells me that the same guys that own the Gonzo bought the property and will put in a housing development. Apparently the city of Moab is not that sorry to see it go, because of the liability of people killing themselves on it.(or rather, at the bottom of it
) Even the fellow driving the Hummer tour rig that stopped while I was filming said it was closing in either September or October. So there you have all the gossip that I have about Lions Back. Two separate sources with the same story.
I had a really super fancy video camera someone gave me to get video with, but it wouldn't work when I got up there. It would have been the best because you could zoom in on the suspension and tires of the rigs as they went up. I'll post more fun angles a little later, gotta go play with the kids...
