Re: Roof Noise
I had the exact same problem. I thoght for sure it was the sunroof wind guard. So I pulled it off cleaned it and then siliconed it down. That wasn't it. Then I thought for sure it was the front marker lights. Siliconed them. That wasn't it. Then someone on the boards told me what it was. It is the two vertical trim pieces on either side of the windshield they are not air tight. This time I wanted to be sure so I put duct tape down on it first then went for a drive and that was it! So I pulled them off with two screws in the doorjam, they pop right off then I siliconed them back down. Make sure you mask off the windshield first to avoid a mess. And the noise is gone.

Just regular silicone? I have the same problem. I thought it was the air dam as well, so I tightened it down and it still makes the sound at higher speeds. I'm glad you went through all the steps. Thanks for that...Jamie

Re: Roof Noise
Just black silicone. Some people have used 3m double stick tape, someone even mentioned using black electrical tape. But I applied the silicone without a problem. You can't even see it. Good luck!

I looked for the 2 screws in the door jam that you spoke of, however I must not be looking at the same thing. Could you give me a little more direction as to how you got them off? Thanks bro....Jamie

Re: Roof Noise
The two screws are underneath the rubber in the doorjam. Just pull back the rubber remove the screws and the trim pops off. Again, it is the two vertical trim pieces on either side of the windshield. I didn't see the screws at first either but once you look under the rubber you can't miis them.

Re: Roof Noise
That will fix the problem, lots of us had to do it on here. The black plastic peices rub on the windshield. If it's been doing it for a while, you will probably even see that it's dug into the glass.
