Re: Duramax done.
Hi Cowboy,
I've been waiting for GM to get their act in gear and give us what we want, but I don't see that coming any time soon. I have had a few quotes done in order to have this conversion done here in Calgary. I've had three so far ranging from $17,000.00 to $38,000.00, I've just paid off my rig last year in October and was hoping that GM would have done something termendous with the 2008 model... NOT!!. Would you happen to know what the weight difference is between your old rig and the new rig? That Duramax and Allison have got to weigh quite a bit, but I've got to say that is some really sweet work by Predator.
Cheers!

Re: Duramax done.
It is very nice. I like the roof racks, and the cases. I would have rifles in them tho.. Its a good place for the tire too, till you need to put it up there after a tire change, on your way to a wedding,lol..
Nice gear

Re: Duramax done.
It shows, That engine is "Twice" the weight of the Vortex 6000. What did you use for front end suspension?

Re: Duramax done.
There is a guy in Kansas that I have seen one job and it was extremely professional and i think it was done on a 2003 H2. Cost was around $17,000 to $18,000 turn key ready to drive off. If anyone would like info I will try and dig it up again but, most likely a search for Hummer diesel convertor in Kansas. It has been a while since I looked at job. Seriously considering using the guy when I decide to buy a white SUT and do the water camo paint job.

What adverse effects are you experiencing since the conversion?
