I would love to have a 5.5-6.5 second H2, but with stock Mustang GTs running 4.9-5.3 it seems like a lot of work would be necessary to get to that level. Also, has anyone put the Lingenfelter Twin Turbo in their H2 yet? If I ever win the lottery that might be my first present to myself.

You don't need twin turbo to go that low on 0-60 times. I have magna charger and some other tunes and I'm running high 5's on 0-62. Total cost of it runs near $10k.

Re: Transmission and Supercharger dont get along too well.
That's not bad at all for such a big rig. Though I'm content with the speed I've got now. The only way I would ever try and get better performance is if a large sum of money somehow fell into my lap, and if that happened I'd probably do it big and just go for the twin turbo. 700+ hp sounds fun... What do you guys with the Magnachargers and various tunes etc. dyno at?

Re: Transmission and Supercharger dont get along too well.
I went and checked it out today, they are in the middle of rebuilding the trans, seeing all the trans in pieces and the transfer case siting on the floor was scarey. They said it should be ready tommorow, impressive. They are putting the corvette servos in it so hopfully it will hold up better.
Ill keep you guys posted.

600 HP? I don't doubt you but how did you come up with that number? I know that I did the mag charger, dynatec headers, and rockers. I KNOW that I have noticed a huge difference in performance. However, when I brought my rig to the dyno I only had about 319 hp from the rear wheel. I know lots of HP is lost in the transfer of power from the engine to the rear wheels but I expected more than 319!

Re: Transmission and Supercharger dont get along too well.
New trans, corvette servos.....it runs a lot better...shifts are positive not sloppy and "car like" like a stock H2.

Re: Transmission and Supercharger dont get along too well.
I was thinking about all this HP in these trucks and just thought I'd mention that when the front tires spin and suddenly get traction tie rods snap.
Make sure you get the FabTech replacements, if you haven't already, or you will do some serious damage to your trucks if one snaps.

Re: Transmission and Supercharger dont get along too well.
H2s have 4L80s correct? they are suppose to be stout transmissions. im a camaro guy and lots of guys with LS1s are putting 4L80s in their cars to have a strong trans with OD..
doing stuff like headers and a stall converter (with trans cooler) really wake these motors up
