I don't care how fancy your tow bar/remote brake trigger setup is, anything goes wrong, you're H2 goes in the ditch AND/OR somebody STILL gets killed! I've personally never seen anybody do this. Usually its the jeep being pulled behind the RV, or the occasional station wagon, but never a 6k lb H2! Hell the H2 should be on a car trailer lined with silver and gold with a custom cover! I'm thinking a custom BAT trailer out of Fort Worth with 6k lb axles, with a 2 5/8 12k bulldog hitch. That would get'er done!

The guy in the RV should go to P R I S O N for 20yrs, 5yrs for INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER, and 15yrs for BEING AN IDIOT!

Set Back and LEARN something Youngster! Or STFU!! Try to Comprehend what's been typed, do a little research on your own if you CAN'T get it!

Gotcha!!!

This is my featherlite. I love this tailer. The side 5 foot door with the rear door make it a great trailer for load atv's, snow mobiles, my camaro and gear if i need to go to a track.. etc. Not to mention the v front, it helps out great when hauling it.

ITs gross weight is about 9,600. The trailer weighs about 3500 so i can stuff alot of toys in there!

Instead of making senseless remarks to cover you being the biggest a-hole in the forums, try reading this topic yourself, again, and try answering a few questions. Other than being cheap and lazy, I dare you to come up with one good reason to use a tow bar over a car hauler to pull an H2 behind an RV.

LOL That's some funny $hit there!!

There is NOTHING Cheap about a Properly set up Towing System!!

1.GOOD REASON) IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO TOW AN H2 BEHIND AN RV-- ONE THAT IS CAPABLE!, THAT IS!!

Reasons NOT to use a Car Hauler!

1.) IT'S ILLEGAL!
2.) IT'S UNSAFE!
3.) YOU WOULD NEED A COMMERCIAL PLATE AND A TRANSPORT HAULER TO CARRY A 2!
4.) CAN'T BE USE BEHIND 99.9% OF RV'S! (length & weight limits)

Been trying to do that through the WHOLE THREAD!!

You seem to be one that!...Just can't get it! Sry your Butt Hurt! lol

Let's make it a little easier for you!

1.) Show the specs on your car hauler, or one you Think you can use.

2.) the tow Rig you will be pulling it with?

Then we type!

Even though I have NO experience towing an H2 behind anything, I can see why the trailer option isn't viable thru Big Zs post. Understanding that he tows regularly, I imagine he would know what the laws and conditions are to tow this rig. Reread his post. AND, anytime you wish to contribute your personal towing experience Grizzy, feel free. So far I se nothing contributed, and nothing learned from your posts. And, by your own admission, your trailer system is over loaded with the 2-3500lb axles you sport, admit you don't trailer the H2, then go on to quote out " the law" for trailer specs as if it were not applicable to you. What is the total trailer weight with the H2 that rides on your 7K setup? Adding heavier duty axles to a light duty trailer is asking for disaster. Remember you saying that you would do that? Perhaps if you stopped taking an education as a personal attack, you would learn something.

And, FWIW, your last post makes me believe therapy may be a needed add to your weekly routine. Inferiority complex for one please!

GET 'EM Z!

Seriously guys, his posts are strange , but he knows what the heck he's talking about. The guy that lost his H2 and killed those people couldn't have had it setup properly. BigZ's whole point is that, done properly, it is the best and safest way to tow something as large and heavy as an H2. I have towed many miles with my H2, but I've never towed it behind anything else.

Go get a small track hoe and pull it on a trailer behind your Motorhome. Then you'll know what to expect putting an H2 on a trailer, as opposed to having it on the ground behind the towing vehicle. Less drag, and better mileage on the tow rig.

The big problem most people face is their own ignorance when towing something behind their vehicle. Do your research, and spend the extra money to do it safely. If you're gonna cheap out and just make something up, you probably deserve to be in jail for man slaughter.

Just my .02.
