What are the chances of a stick or something hitting the "latch" and popping the brush gard open causing the grill cover to fall? Is there a latch on both sides? In pic #2 right above the liscense plate holder (I think) the tubing seems to be open. Is that a rain gauge ,JK but its hard to tell what that is.

Is the slot in the rear bumper right above reciever for the fairlead?

There is a latch on both sides. Even with both latches open, the brushguard is not dead weight, you still have to pull it down.

I think you mount an LED Brake light behind it to light up the graphics when you stop.

Det, that looks nice!
Did you have any problems with the TL guards and the Gobi ladder touching?

The photo's on the first page have been taken off of my webserver, that's why you can't see them. If you are talking about the photo's on this page, then I'm not sure why.

Tim, nothing touches. The corner guards allow the rear access to open with no problems, and the ladder does not extend any further than the door.

Looks good. I like that the gray went away. Time for tires and its complete. Honestly, these things are never complete but your damn close.

Do you have Barnwell plans any time soon?

"Looks good",
it looks like you covered over the powder coating with sprayed on bed liner.
Is that better than paint?

I looked into having it powder coated again, but the fact is that powder coating rubs off very easy on the rocks, and you end up having to spray paint over the gashes, which rarely matches.

It looks OK, at first glance.

If this stuff rubs off, I can touch it up with the same stuff I used to coat it with in the first place.

I still have stock tires, because the MT/R's I had are worn down to nothing.

I may get new tires someday, but for now I'm happy with the stock tires.

It's about time you got tired of the two tone theme. Looks much better.

It takes more than some rubbing to take off powder-coating. But you can always rattle can it to touch it up. The problem with bed liner is that it gouges AND tears. And if you hit it while it's cold it has the potential to break or shatter. Hopefully you had your bumpers primered before the bed liner went on, other wise if you get a gouge or tear you'll be susceptible to separation from the bumper. I've been there and done that.
Again, it does look much better.
