Cadillac/Hummer dealerships = High quality service.
Thankfully, the Hummer franchise was sold by Dick Hannah and picked up by Vic Alfonso Cadillac. What an amazing difference in the quality of service. The Alfonsos are the kind of people that all dealerships should try to emulate. I was completely disappointed by the Hannah Group and the lack of customer service. The Alfonsos have restored my faith in automobile dealerships. They truly care about each & every one of their customers. Their CSI ratings are nearly perfect(99% on one thing as opposed to 100% on all the others).
Did I mention I've got an H3 loaner right now? Yeah baby!!! It's going shooting & wheeling this weekend!!!
