I called my bank to tell them I have not been charged to my credit card (for some stuff I ordered) but I have not been contacted either nor received anything. I will have my bank investigate or stop any pending transactions on these characters.

Why not just call them and cancel your order?

X2 . Maybe you didn't actually order anything. Do you have an invoice. No charge, no product, maybe no order??? I could see if you were charged and got no product, but I doubt they are in buisness just to pretend to take orders

as with most businesses , there is no billing until your order is shipped .

I have contacted them via email and phone calls but no response. I don't like my credit card info. sitting out there in their database especially if they might be shady.

This is my first post on this forum (long time lurker)but I felt it was necessary to say something about Hummer Hub. I have ordered two items from them, the staun deflators and the SMA grill guard. The Stauns were ordered on May 14 and received on May 16. The grill quard took longer. I ordered it about May 5th and received it last friday. I made both orders over the phone and talked with Jose. He called me back when he got shipping status. I noticed on my credit bill that it was not charged until the items were sent. This is just my experience from a TX H3 owner.

The suspicious e-stores are the ones with the "absolutely no local pick-up allowed" rules.

Hummer Hub has an actual store which I've visited a few times.

Perhaps the recent lack of communications some member experienced was due to the personal problems the owner was having? I'd suggest speaking to Jose personally -- seemed a stand-up guy to me.

I also live close enough to order and pickup my accessories at their shop. I've been there lately too many times actually spending too much money . I will be picking up my Gobi this week and can't wait. Also waiting on the SMA brushguard . Never had a problem and was never charged until the products were delivered.
