I won't call you crazy, I sold my Cobra (replica that I built) about 2 years ago.
Cars come and go.

Ericj-
I'm anxious to hear what kinda deal you will get (especially lease info). I have access to the supplier discount and I am looking to lease, but some of the lease quotes I have seen here have been very high.

We have not seen any yet. Since I made that post they have pushed it back a week and it is now being built the 1st week of August.

Hey HoKC,
Have you delivered a blue one already? I have not heard of any hitting the dealerships yet, but was talking to someone yesterday up there that said they thought they saw one running around OP on Sat. Do I understand correctly that the "27-Jun" in your last post is the build date?

If it's a legitimate GMS number you can use it on the H3.

May have to give Marvin (HoKC) a call. Anyone seen him around here lately?
That would be a great trip. Fly up, get a new Hummer and head for the lake for a few days before heading back down here

If you are a real employee, which Hurf is, but not the current GM promotion of Employee Pricing for everyone.

Yes, I got the GMS....but the amount of GMS discount varies by model and brand. The H3 GMS discount ws not much off of list but better than a jab to the eye if you know what I mean.

If Hummer of Kansas City is accepting like they did for 06blackh3, that would give me an excuse to fly up for a visit and drive back

Thats what I heard.
No discount thru the "GM Employee Pricing Promotion"
But some dealers will take an official GMS#
I just got an official GMS# for a friend of mine. She found a dealer in Detroit that would take it but a dealer in Flint would not,,"He was selling all he could get at sticker price."
If anyone is interested/has one on order, and their dealer will accept a GMS# and would like me to try to get them a GMS#,,PM me.
It will be after shutdown (7-2-05 thru 7-17-05) before I can get with my Executive Director for another number tho.

The person I was talking to doesn't know the Hummer line very well so probably saw a H2 in passing and thought it was an H3.

Hurf,
Really appreciate the offer. So have you been out testing that H3 lately? Haven't seen any new pics for a while.

I have not doubt you would take great care of any of us. I have dealt with the Superior family of dealerships many times and do not recall every having a bad experience. I believe Superior is where my mom got her MDX when they first came out a few years ago. They even handled the delivery to her down in Sarasota as she was down here for several months. Can you handle that for out of town buyers? If I recall correctly, I got my 300ZX Turbo from a Superior dealer back in '85 too. If anyone is looking and can get to KC to buy, or they can ship to you, they will treat you right based on my experience.

E,
I believe you mentioned it before but I can't remember, what did you end up paying on your lease? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Sure, same disclaimer as before no one tell me if I got screwed ;-)
I got a Adventure with sunroof and CD/MP3/Monsoon 2 Year 12K per year at 450 and change per month. I did 1,200 total out of pocket, however I was trading in an 2003 ZR2 Blazer that did not qualify for Lease Pull Ahead, the dealer gave me $500 to help on that expense.
All in all I was very happy with my dealer and I think I got a good deal (or I should say I hope). I figured to get GMS and 500 on such a hot vehicle was really good on their part.
Thanks to all of you that have given me info! Hope to see you all on the road!

Its worth the money to fly in, they are great to deal with and they have LOTS to chose from, atleast give them a call and see what they can do for ya. <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">Originally posted by HummerNewbie:

I'm waiting on a quote back from Sewell to see what price I can get from the GM Supplier plan. I'll update once I get the quote.
