Fact is haveing to look for funding for college and being poor are two very different things. I took the GI Bill to go to college but that doesn't make me poor. Go look down your nose at someone else.

How can you pretend to second guess the decisions by the current and previous administrations without lifting one ire of the circumstances surrounding the who whats whens and wheres. How can you judges the situation when you conceptually own less than 1% of the total knowledge needed to form a valid opinion.

Which brings us all the way back around to your rights. One of which you solely have shown you do not possess and that is the right to opine on this subject. Without validity or something approaching full knowledge your opinion is exactly the opposite and more like an estimation.
