LMFAO!!! You saying that almost made me spit a mouthful of Propel out. After trying to decipher your jibberish filled posts I don't see how you could ever accuse someone else of not being bright. But then again, maybe "not being bright" is a compliment coming from you since you easily fall into the "dumber than a box of hammers" category.

It's actually called a concise debate.

Untill you can offer something more than Gay porn references PLEASE stay out of this debate. The big people are talking. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
Sorry... are you having a wishful delusion about your ghey fetish again? I wasn't aware that I just made a reference to your homo-erotic passion.

Don't like your BOSS's Demands? Don't work there. Your argument smacks of the people bitching about not being able to smoke if they work someplace. Unless you live in a RIGHT TO WORK state, your cries fall on deaf ears. Don't like a company's policy? Don't work there.[/quote]
Dude, are you serious with this lame ass bull**** argument?
If you don't like it, quit? We're not all pussies like you that QUIT at the first sign of displeasure. I bet you have gone all through life like that, huh? "When the going gets tough, the pussy ass HD QUITS!"
As Doc Hummer put it, not everyone who owns a Huumer is loaded, some people just plan well, and/or work hard, and/or get lucky in the markets !!
Once again, your ignorance precedes you...

I can kinda understand this logic - I've been having various contractors over for work on my house and I feel a little funny when I try to negotiate the price downward when I have the Big Yellow H2, a Ducati motorcycle, and an RL parked outside. Not to mention I'm working from home when they come and I'm almost always younger.
But...It IS my $$, and you only live once so I can spend it when and where I want.
Interesting point of view Orbital...

I wouldn't have posted ,but you are dead wrong!
I think you will find its not Foreign vehicles that are the issue at UAW plants. its "NON UAW" built vehicles. if you take your Mexican built Dodge to a UAW lot they will ask you to park in the lot farthest from the door. its not banned. if you take your Hummer to a UAW lot its allowed to park anywhere..why???? cause its built here BY the UAW and there are substitutes!
whats really funny is to hear guys piss & moan about my Hummer in the lot at work. it gets more guys upset then anything I have ever driven and the best part is that guys are paying up too $200 more a month to own a DODGE!

I don't necessarily agree that the reason was because the "vehicle promotes an image that the company is not willing to deal with."
VT said that it was drawing attention from the customers coming in to fork over cash. If he had a ferrari, or any other type of vehicle that is either uncommon on the road or brand-spankin' new, it would most probably draw the same amount of attention.
Hmm....actually...naw, nothing beats a HUMMER!!!! Why don't you just park on the street accross from work...then you're not on private property, and the vehicle can be admired still.. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Actually, "anal sex" can be hetero or homo. You just chose to see it in a gay tense.
Add that to the fact that you know have a good working knowledge of where the closet is..and..well...

Small point of labor law clarification HummerD:
"Right to Work" has more to do with the status of direct hourly employees if a plant is unionized. In a Right To Work state, the hourly employee has the right to work at such a plant even if it is unionized, without having to join the union.
In a NON Right to Work state, if a plant is unionized then all target employees must join the union or by law the employer must fire them.
Thus "Right to Work."
You can see my signature as Employer on Case Number 17-RC-11477 wherein we defeated Teamsters Local 795 at election in a non-Right TO Work state in May 1997, 256 to 89, 16 challenged votes. Google away...
Been there, done that.

HD, you are everywhere personally insulting everyone on here just because you are filled with enragement. Debating with you is like debating with a five y/o about people actually living inside the TV. Pointless and tiresome, especially after the 2 weeks that you have been here. The fact that you want to debate about state law, company policy and labor law is absolutely funny since you don't know the VT statues, his company policy (which I'm sure this situation was not mentioned), and Labor law in which this subject has nothing to do with. Plus, given the entire situation, you would have to factor in judge made law, the employers will to enforce the request and the intent on the employee acting on a request that was made to him. Which it was not, it was hearsay, so it is pointless and tiresome.
You were just being a dickhead, saying "if you don't like it tough" on a thread that had nothing to do with you because you need attention because you are enraged. It is old.

Not disagreeing with your point regarding company policies, generally agree that if an employee doesn't like the company policies, then generally they should just leave. By saying so I am not suggesting the Company policy is any good, just that the employee should exercise free will.
But that doesn't have anything to do with Right to Work as you suggested in your comment
"Don't like your BOSS's Demands? Don't work there. Your argument smacks of the people bitching about not being able to smoke if they work someplace. Unless you live in a RIGHT TO WORK state, your cries fall on deaf ears."
Whether a state has Right to Work or not, the employee ultimately has to make a decision whether to abide by Company policies or leave.
Whether the Company Policies are legal or ethcical are other debates. None of which still rely on Right to Work to answer unless the Company Policy in a Non Right to Work state allows for non-union hourly employees. That clearly is against labor law. No debate required other than why that particular state doesn't enact Right to Work laws to protect employees that do not wish to join a union.
