Gonna finally give this a go this spring. I made a nifty little 'pocket edition' so I could have a printed copy to work from...thought others might find it useful too.

Enjoy...

Since I can't upload a PDF that's over 19.5K (WTF); I've posted the PDF on my FTP site:

F-THAT! I just replaced all four handle buckets and removed the mirrors for the 'old mirror repair'. TRUST ME...on the front doors, just take out the glass. Remove the two 10mm bolts at the bottom of the glass (holes in the door line up for these), remove the bottom rubber trim from the window sill, lower the glass about half way, and the glass rotates (clockwise for the driver's side, counter clockwise for the passenger side) and lifts right out.

Once out the buckets and mirrors are an ABSOLUTE PIECE OF CAKE. There's holes in the doors that line up with every single bolt/nut you need to remove. The only obstacle that I encountered was on one of the bucket nuts...you need to remove the upper bolt for the window track/guide and push it a bit to towards the front of the truck to reach to nut with a ratchet.

Screw making custom 10mm wrenches and trying to squeeze man-hands up inside the door...I could understand if the glass removal was a real pain in the a55, but it's not. My 2 cents....
