Weird thread. I was in Macau and they serve dog. Strangely enough there were plenty of black dogs running in packs on the streets, but were not picked up for eating. YUCK!!!!! No, I didn't eat any dog while I was there.

None that you were aware of.

Hell, unless we're all vegetarians, I don't see what the big deal is except for the fact that with the dog you don't have to hunt it down or chase it around to kill. You just tell it to stay or sit.

In some places they're as common to eat as chicken. In some places life India, they worship their cows and are shocked that we find them tasty.

You don't see me telling you,"I told you so!" when you finally upgraded to the H2.

I only corrected you as a friend. I understand your nationality and racial handicaps like others don't. I just didn't want to see you continue your life thinking you had the phrase correct while people giggled behind your back because it was so very wrong and implied a removable penis would be involved.

I remember being on a beach .. I think it was in the Philippines (can't remember now) .. where a family nearby was rotisserie'ing 'dog' on the beach at their picnic WHILE their pet dog was romping around with their kids. That was sick.

Not sick, just tenderizing.

Probably was the Phillipines, fairly common there. But it keeps the pet dog in-line. I wonder if the pet dog enjoyed the leftovers?
