Re: JET or PCM for less???? Need direction.
Good info ETD! Now that's what I'm talking about! Real feedback from Real experience. Sorry about the relearn process, one of my concerns too. Glad to hear it's not all tea and roses as some here would read having no issues as false and impossible.
Actually some issues with the learn process of the pcm. Good stuff. Thank you EDT!
Please post back after a tank or two. Let us know on the performace and mileage. Thank you.

Easy there. Been out of town. Had the truck in the shop for level and lock.
So far... there has been a VERY noticeable difference in acceleration. This is not surprising given the stock's inertia. Whether the programming is worth $289 for those in the know I can't say. Me? I would not want to spend time to get the doohickey that will allow me to "do it myself". To me getting my desktop or laptop worked on would be about the same price. Basically, if this increased in performance proves itself on the road to MOAB this Summer, it would have been worth it for moi. Otherwise, I might just be self-fulfilling my wish now .
Can't say about MPG at this time.

Re: JET or PCM for less???? Need direction.
Well I lived in Charlotte up until 4 weeks ago so I bought a tune from them and was able to drive over to there place have them flash the PCM. I then pulled an enclosed trailer weighing in at 3000 lbs running 70-80 mph on interstate got 13.8 to 15.1. 1 round trip of back and forth to work normal milage was 18.7 it bumped up to 19.6. Moved to the Orlando area ard I'm in 20 miles of stop and going and getting 16 mpg. Pickup is noticably quicker shift point changed to handle the trailer better and a stiffer shift as well. So far i'm very happy with it.

Re: JET or PCM for less???? Need direction.
So has anyone ever had the PCMforLess or JET tune dynoed? I think I missed the answer, if it was posted, due to the flying fingers and fruit

Re: JET or PCM for less???? Need direction.
Great feedback! Thanks for the heads up. For those who used PCMFORLESS, what was the manner in which you contacted them? I think I am ready to bite.
Thx! -C

Just go to there website. Get in touch with Kelly. I pulled mine out and shipped it 2 day UPS on a Monday in California, got it back on Thursday. I didn't opt for the exchange or loaner. Super fast turn around. I'm very pleased with the results. I can't say there was a increase in mileage but there was in performance without a doubt.

Re: JET or PCM for less???? Need direction.
I had a Jet in a past truck. And same as Pewter, I wouldn't buy it again. I didn't notice any change in performance or mpg.
I've had the pcmforless in for about a month now in the H3. It was worth the money. I can notice a difference in performance (not huge but noticeable) and have noticed about a 1mpg increase over 3 or 4 tank fulls. I did the loaner program and it was painless. All told it was about a two week process. The security relearn happened just the way the instructions said and I didn't need to do it when I got mine back. My change oil message was on while I had the loaner but it went away when I put back in the original. Kelly was the person there I dealt with. She was quick to respond to my many emails. It was a good buying expereince.

So that's where the regularly scheduled infocommercial went.
Note: there are correct locations for legitimate businesses on this website.

What is sad are the few inbred mindless gnomes that walk in the shadows of the overly steroided she-man that was put to shame by Kelly.
Infact they even put her thread in the woodshed. Because they couldn't win the argument..pretty shallow minded group here.
