Eyeballs aren;t too bad, cooked they are a bit chalky, raw with ponsei sauce they are tasty, not top of my list, but way above fast food

I agree, that years ago when I was still experimenting, try anything once.
now, few sea food things are cooked.
Clams, on the Barbe with bakes garlic/butter paste.
