As the housing bubble continues to collapse are you going to be forced to develop your pond like the rest of craphole Atlanta...8 houses per acre all with 6 foot long driveways?

And that's the end of Gailey....Tech grads still make more than UGA grads and often hire them. Yep I'm going to build condo towers around it.

dont forget about a nice airport, couple of mixed use commercial buildings and some patio homes....just cant have condo towers....lol
