Who's got the green H3 with one of my winchmounts, Alaska plates? Boy those H3's look good with a winch on the front end...
2006 H3 Adventure, green in & out, Line-X, no bling. Onboard air, Rino GPS, BVG roof rack, roof-mounted lights, Warn xd9000i winch, RR rails, Hunner's skid plates, custom UCP, rear tire rack, roofcam.
1965 IH Scout 80, fully restored with winch, lockers, Dana 44's...holds it's own to an H3.
For the life of me I couldn't remember sending one to Alaska...

no we cant make that
Pictures do not do it justice, that Jeep dragged his spare all over the dirt behind him. Our departure angle would not provide enough clearance.

Well from that angle...Damn! thats steep. Yeah, probably not. nice pics guys!
usetosellhummer - I dont think an H1 would make it either. That is strictlly a short wheel base obstacle. Looks like H1 would get hung up in the middle on the top edge. Looks like you would need lots of clearence if you had a long wheel base.

With Jeep, the sky's the limit. We can't even get a lift that works off road. We should write FABTECH and tell them we want one (I already did).
I'm an optimist, the H3 has only been around a couple of years, I'm hopeful the manufacturers will see the $ and build some actual off road products for these trucks in the near future.
The rig is very capable from the factory, but we have nothing available to take them to the next level.

I did my time as a grunt in the Marines, I understand the "hardcore attitude", I just prefer a little luxury for the family, ya know.
I would like a real lift for additional clearance though. It would also improve the angles.
I plan on installing the new CI axle, with an E-locker when available. If I could get all this, and maybe some H3 H.D. Fabtech tie rods, I think I would be content for awhile.
