I think I see what he's calling Old Big Sluice is what they now call Middle Sluice (since its in the middle of the trail). We bypassed it when we stayed left on the slabs after Middle Sluice (Old Big Sluice).

DAMN! You guys/ girls ROCK! Waaaaaaayyyy hardcore.
I'll be the first to admit, it would have been too hardcore for me in the H2. Mental anguish would have taken over quickly. 
It makes Golden Spike look like easy.
I think Drty's friends more than likely that trail with those rigs.
