Re: How many miles does everyone have.
Only 2500 miles (since April '07) - driving around the town only, and off-road every once a while (at 5-10mph terrain crawl I don't accumulate too many miles). No problems with vehicle, and looks & drives like new (exept a few small scratches from trail bushes). I really enjoy my H3, and I'll trade-in only towards another Hummer. Life would be meaningless without Hummer.

Re: How many miles does everyone have.
Halloween made exactly one year and I have 25,877 miles, mostly highway. So far I have had no problems other than a small crack on one of the roof rails.

Re: How many miles does everyone have.
about 9000 miles in a few weeks short of a year. only problem -- the emergency brake release handle fell off twice and the 2nd time it broke totally. you dont even need it since you can release by just pulling the internal metal bar that the handle was attached to. my dealer has one waiting for me. other than that, the vehicle is great, just hate the price of gasoline.

Re: How many miles does everyone have.
Bought it in Oct 2005, to date 40,700 miles. One transfer case, one 1/2 shaft, one tie rod, all in the name of good fun. The last 20,000 miles with 35's.

Re: How many miles does everyone have.
Dealer gripe..... Since 12,000 miles I have been bitching about what I though was a broken shock. Two inspections and 4 shop visits and they said I would have to come spend a few hours to "try to relipcate" the issue. Was changing teh brakes yesterday and the ball joint is shoot. I am amazed they did not notice it but did think I need an allignemnt. No ****, it is because my ball joint is bad. you can take you hands and shake the tire. Time and again I say I LOVE MY HUMMER but I hate GM service departments.

At least YOU HAVE a local gm service department that can work on them!
I dread the day I have a significant problem with mine and have to put it on a flat bed for the 1,000 mile trip to San Diego!!! I doubt GM would be reimbursing me for any of that cost.
Purchased; August 2005
Miles; 21,000
Service; several oil changes, several tire puncture fixes and one alignment job.
Stoked as hell!!!

Re: How many miles does everyone have.
40k, one alignment, two rear end repairs, door seal on drivers side still leaks after three visits. The seats are breaking down, I'll probably have to have them reupholstered as they're getting unbearable on long trips. My feelings about it being under powered have been diminished by two things: We sold our Denali and the Alpha would cost us HUGE amount of money. I'm keeping the H3 and saving for a new Caddy CTS. GM has been extremely good to us.

How many vehicles do you have? Hell, I have two solid weeks butt time this year in my fishing boat!!! (dang the new seats in my boat are nice!)
I am more than half way through my second set of tires on the Hummer though. I've only got 12k on the BFG ATs and they're more than half gone.

Re: How many miles does everyone have.
'06 H3 Base, manual tranny, purchased June '06- 92,000 miles- purchased GoodYear Silent Armor AT's the day I bought the truck- they are still good and I will probably get another 10,000 miles out of them. Brakes are at about 40%.
This is my work truck (I have a sales territory), and I frequently tow with it. Only synthetics lubes used in the vehicle. No issues except for a bad heater core upon delivery.
At 100,000 miles I will write up my long term evaluation of my H3 (I should hit it in January). -Z
