Rancho lift + wheelin= 37 13.50 on 17" or 18" rim
Rancho lift + road use only= 38 13.50
Fabtech lift + Wheelin= 38 13.50/ or wider or 22's with 40's seem to work too
Fabtech lift + Road use only= 40's on 18,20, 0r 22" rim
We should make these specs a sticky somewhere since it;s been a frequent topic lately.
I have the Rancho lift and when flexed all the way, the 37 13.50's just clear front and rear.

Re: Black it out!
If you are going to wheel... a 22" wheel shouldn't even be a consideration anyway. All of that sidewall loss and tire flex will mean less traction on rocks and a higher likely hood of loss beads since the tire can't move as much without the extra sidewall.

Ditto...I use my 20" with the 38's for the highway

Re: Black it out!
thanks....
yeah, i dont know if i could bring a set of 22's out and trash them up a bit. A think 20's is about as big as i would go. However, im in florida and the tallest mountain around here is the local landfills....
Hmmm... maybe i'll get a pic of that

Re: Black it out!
Could you get away with a Fabtec 6", 40's, and 18-20" wheels if you use it for lots of hunting. (ofcourse lots of road driving). Maybe not so wide of tires? Really little or zero rock/mountain riding. I do not want to tear it up, but I want Albies Rig but maybe in Solar Flare. (I prefer Pewter but there is little color choices for 08)

Re: Black it out!
I sanded the grill and door handles by hand 80-150 grit then wiped them with acetone. The rest is tuffer chrome plating, I used a couple diff. methods and tools.. wire wheels, DA sander. Most of the project is prep. I am surprised how good the bedliner looks on the grill. Def more then i could have expected for $10
