What is the chance that they will add colors or change the colors on next years model? I would really like to see a turquoise H2, or even just a different color green.

Last I heard, no changes for '04. 05 is supposed to get rid of the orange and green, like soft said, and adding Stealth Grey, Desert Sand, and some kind of blue.
Who knows though...

I have known several people repainted brand new cars just to have the right color, regular folks, not car freaks, not low riders. I knew a lady only wants green cars, but no green available for that model, the dealer had the new car repainted green.
If you think about it, the cost is actually quite low, a few thousands $, but the reward is big, you get to drive a vehicle in your favorite color, or have your special custom color. Few thousands $ is no small change, but all things considered, a small price to pay.

My Dealer (in Tucson) sold a H1 to Kurt Shilling of the Az Diamondbacks (in March during Spring training). The one he wanted was not the correct Blue for his taste - the dealer had it painted to his satisfaction. As MAC stated - "a small price to pay" for the dealer.

I bet he got special treatment? They wouldn't change the color for just anyone for free, or maybe he had to pay. What about having a black interior, why is there only 1 color?

Dealers don't do special colors or custom jobs for stars for free. They will repaint the Hummer for you and me, as long as you are willing to pay for it. Interior in pink? sure, you pay for it, they are shops to do it.
I read many members here paid $8K for Hummer mod, or $10K for stereo, $5K for wheels. $2K-$3K for a new paint job is actually a lot cheaper than any of the above stuffs, and frankly you and everyone else see the most every single moment. If any one wants a special color, just pay to do it, plus you get to be very exclusive.
